Oliver Wallasch
Since becoming an attorney in 1997, I’ve worked almost exclusively as a criminal defense lawyer and consultant in the field of criminal law.
I represent clients in all areas of criminal, tax and commercial criminal law.
In 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 I was named as one of the top lawyer for criminal law in an independent survey of lawyers conducted by FOCUS magazine.
In addition, I advise clients in complex cross-border criminal cases and in extradition law.
As a patron of the non-governmental organization Fairtrials, based in London and Brussels,
I have been committed to defending the rights of the accused worldwide for decades.
Sarah Gärtner
I am a criminal defense attorney representing clients across Germany and have extensive experience in forensic science. I work with clients to develop the best defense strategy from the pre-trail investigation to the criminal defense at trial.
I represent clients in matters involving criminal law, from narcotics to white-collar-crime. I also like representing the interests of juveniles and youth with the idea of re-socialization and education through the juvenile justice system.
In addition to my work as an attorney, I am engaged in social projects, for instance as chairman of the Friends of the Papageno Musiktheater in Frankfurt am Main.
